Официальное название — «Hamilton Investments Group Limited». На сайте hamiltonclub имеется информация о том, что команду Хамильтон составляют высококлассные специалисты: менеджеры, программисты, трейдеры, маркетологи, аналитики.

Компания зарегистрирована в офшорной зоне страны Гренадин и Сент-Винсент с 2017 года. Доменное имя имеет регистрацию в Нидерландах более 770 дней.

Какие услуги предлагает
Хамильтон брокер предлагает выгодную торговлю следующими активами:

валюты;
акции;
сырье;
индексы;
криптовалюты;
металлы.
Всего обозначено более 120 видов активов. Это далеко не первая форекс-компания в сети, предлагающая торговлю таким богатым набором инструментов. При этом начинать на Хамильтон можно с суммой всего лишь $10.

Обман или нет
Первое, что должно насторожить потенциального клиента, — отсутствие лицензии.
Пользователи сети знают, сколько в РФ осталось лицензированных форекс-брокеров? Вероятнее всего, ответ будет отрицательный.

Hamilton аффилирован с такими компаниями, как Аналитический центр Форс и Teletrade, является их техническим партнером.

Центр Форс отличился тем, что сначала дает платные консультации, а затем буквально заставляет клиентов открывать счета у брокера, брать кредиты, используя психологическое давление. Об этом свидетельствуют отзывы в сети. Телетрейд лицензии лишен, как и многие другие форекс-дельцы.

Сколько осталось легитимных брокеров в России — легко найти сведения (единицы). Если говорить честно, игра с оставшимися и с маленькими депозитами бесперспективна. Слив депозита — дело небольшого промежутка времени.

Второй момент, на котором стоит остановиться. Компания Хамильтон заявляет о большом опыте — срок более 10 лет. Регистрация брокера была только в 2017 году, и больше никакой информации нет. Но имеются сведения об организаторе дела. Это скандально известный А. Березуцкий. Его детищем была финансовая пирамида с названием «Qupall».

Реальные отзывы клиентов
Многие отрицательные отзывы в социальных сетях свидетельствуют о том, что брокерская компания Хамильтон и связанный с ней аналитический центр — мошенники. Все негативные отзывы привести невозможно — достаточно более наглядных.

Развод клиентов на деньги в Хамильтон до примитивности прост. На одном из рейтинговых сайтов пользователь под ником Кэт пишет о том, что последовал за лавинообразной рекламой о заработке на Форекс. Имел опыт работы на фондовых биржах. За шесть месяцев с брокером ничего не заработал и еще ушел в минус.

Другие пользователи свидетельствуют о невозможности вывода денег. Менеджеры компании Хамильтон звонят, отговаривают не выводить всю сумму сразу и в итоге не отдают даже маленькую часть денег. Это продолжается долго и для клиентов безрезультатно.

Положительные отзывы на сайтах — явно заказные, нет ни одного доказательства успешной работы с Хамильтон.

Как вернуть деньги (чарджбэк)
Трудно вернуть деньги или практически невозможно через электронные платежные системы. При пополнении счета мошенников картами есть шанс сделать отмену транзакции. В этом случае подается заявление в банк о возврате средств.

Банк делает запрос в платежную систему, которая принимает решение о принудительном возврате денег. Для обращения в банк необходимо подготовить доказательства: переписку, информацию о переводе, скрины, договор.

В России и постсоветских республиках банки очень часто отказывают в приеме заявлений. Им это неудобно и в тягость. С опытным юристом положительных результатов больше, но не всегда.

Заключение
Вряд ли стоит связываться с форекс-брокерами и Хамильтон в частности. Посмотрите, сколько сайтов предлагает торговать валютой и другими активами. Сравните, сколько имеет лицензию. И вы убедитесь, что 99% брокеров — это жулики.

С оставшимися лицензированными фирмами можете поиграть, если имеется большой торговый опыт, аналитический склад ума и (главное!) сумма с большим количеством нулей.

Проходила обучение и имею диплом трейдера. Нужна была удаленная работа. Девушка — мой куратор — занималась со мной по часу каждый день. НО! Если быть аналитиком и писать отчеты по рынку, то тех знаний, которые мне она давала, было бы абсолютно недостаточно. Открыли и демо-счет. Я заработала за неделю на нем $1712.Потом они сказали, что можно заработать реально большую сумму в первую пятницу каждого месяца на NonFarm. ТОЛЬКО!!! ВНИМАНИЕ!!! Для участия нужно закинуть на счет $5000, чтобы в итоге получить $7000 минимум. И мне предложили взять кредит. Я как бы ушла просить кредит в банк. Они звонили каждые 15 минут, т.к. до Нонфарма оставалось все меньше времени — в 15:30 МСК. Я сказала, что мне по трем банкам в такой сумме кредита отказано. Они сказали, что я могу приехать в офис и они решат проблему на месте. НО! Я отключила телефон, спокойно сидя дома. А, кстати, речи о составлении отчетов и не было — откладывали на загадочный «потом». ВЫВОД — не ведитесь на такие разводы. Как-то уж слишком настойчиво они дознавались о моей платежеспособности. Это настораживает. Никогда Forex Club не просил никого брать кредиты. Люди работают на тех суммах, которые могут положить себе на депозит. БУДЬТЕ ОСТОРОЖНЫ!!!

По данным МВД, обещая клиентам баснословные прибыли на электронной бирже, злоумышленники переводили полученные от них деньги на подконтрольные им счета в офшорах, после чего похищали. Пока задержаны трое членов группы, а предполагаемым организаторам — владельцу TeleTrade Владимиру Чернобаю и его племяннику Олегу Суворову, курировавшему финансовый блок компании, обвинения предъявлены заочно, в ближайшее время их планируют объявить в розыск.

Следственно-оперативные мероприятия в рамках уголовного дела, возбужденного по ч. 4 ст. 159 УК РФ (мошенничество в особо крупном размере) в отношении организаторов мошеннических схем, сотрудники ГУЭБиПК МВД РФ и их московские коллеги проводили в течение нескольких дней более чем по 30 адресам в Москве и Московской области. В частности, обыски прошли в офисах на 40-м этаже башни «Федерация» в «Москва-Сити», Хохловском и Большом Спасоглинищевском переулках. Именно там арендует помещения один из крупнейших в России форекс-дилеров ООО «Телетрейд групп», дочерняя структура международной группы компаний TeleTrade.
У предполагаемых махинаторов обнаружена и изъята бухгалтерская документация, компьютерная техника, электронные носители информации и черновые записи. При этом задержать удалось трех человек. Формально они никакого отношения к ООО не имеют, однако, по данным оперативников, именно они являлись неофициальными руководителями организации. В частности, по ходатайству следователя следственного департамента МВД Тверской райсуд Москвы арестовал Александра Калашникова, курировавшего, по данным следствия, столичный и более 50 региональных офисов форекс-дилера, Владимира Лапшова, отвечавшего за безопасность и урегулирование проблем с клиентами, а также специалиста по набору кадров Андрея Котова. Первых двоих полицейские задержали по месту проживания, а вот господина Котова удалось поймать на Можайском шоссе, когда он пытался выехать из Москвы и укрыться в Белоруссии. Кабинеты же предполагаемого организатора мошеннических схем Владимира Чернобая в Спасоглинищевском переулке и его племянника Олега Суворова, отвечавшего за финансовый блок компании, оказались пусты. Не оказалось их и по домашним адресам. Отметим, что у господина Чернобая в собственности якобы находится чуть ли не полбашни «Федерация», несколько огромных квартир в центре Москвы, роскошный коттедж в Подмосковье и автопарк люксовых иномарок. Обвинения обоим предъявили заочно и в ближайшее время их планируют объявить в розыск.
Как отмечают участвовавшие в операции сотрудники МВД, свою деятельность мошенники вели, прикрываясь брендом TeleTrade, который еще в 2016 году получил лицензию Центробанка на брокерскую деятельность. Это и привлекало клиентов, которых находили в основном путем банального обзвона по так называемым «холодным базам» (список абонентов МГТС, базы ГИБДД и проч.).
Минимальный взнос для игры, например, на той же бирже валют «Форекс» составлял $10 тыс. Если абонент был готов рискнуть такой суммой, ему предлагали заключить договор. По сути, как говорят оперативники, в этот момент и начиналось мошенничество. Войдя на сайт TeleTrade и регистрируясь там, клиент незаметно для себя оказывался на сайте офшорной иностранной компании TeleTrade D.J. Ltd., с которой в итоге и заключался договор. Таким образом, российский представитель автоматически избегал какой-либо ответственности в случае претензий клиента. Дополнительным же громоотводом для мошенников являлись компании биржевых трейдеров, с которыми заключались договоры доверительного управления денежными средствами клиентов. В этом случае все претензии клиент должен был адресовать обычному физическому лицу. Деньги же можно было внести как наличными через кассу Webmoney на 42-м этаже башни «Федерация», так и через электронный кошелек, зарегистрированный на Олега Суворова.
Суть же самой махинации заключалась в том, что мошенники использовали специальную компьютерную программу на сайте форекс-дилера, в которой клиенту заводили личный кабинет, где он мог видеть сумму якобы зачисленных денежных средств и отслеживать хронологию торгов. Затем с помощью специального плагина счет обнулялся, и клиенту объявляли, что он оказался в проигрыше. На самом же деле клиент ни в каких торгах не участвовал, их подобие видели лишь он сам и программист. Деньги же тем временем оказывались на счетах латвийских фирм, подконтрольных участникам преступной группы.
По данным следствия, от действий мошенников только в столичном регионе пострадали более 1 тыс. человек. В ближайшее время следствие намерено приобщить к материалам дела и эпизоды с аналогичными мошенничествами как минимум еще в трех российских регионах.
Напомним, что в производстве следственного департамента МВД находится аналогичное дело о мошенничестве российских представителей компании TeleTrade, возбужденное еще в 2016 году. Тогда МВД заявляло, что потерпевшим нанесен ущерб в размере нескольких сотен миллионов рублей. В ближайшее время эти дела, скорее всего, объединят.
